1. General Provisions The Dance Station Radio (DSRadio.lv) web application is provided "as is" for the free listening of our music broadcast. By launching the application and installing it on your device, you agree to the terms of this document.
2. What Data We Collect We respect your privacy and collect only technical, anonymized information. We physically do not know your name, email address, phone number, or exact physical address.

Anonymous Device ID — a random set of characters generated by your browser upon your first visit.

Approximate Region — recorded only at the "Country and City" level (e.g., Latvia, Riga). Exact GPS coordinates and IP addresses are not saved in our database.

Technical Statistics — total broadcast listening time, your saved tracks ("Likes"), your selected player color theme, and interactions with the "Share" buttons.
3. Why We Need This Data The anonymous ID is used exclusively for the player's internal functionality: to allow the system to "remember" your achieved listener level (Rank LVL) and your list of favorite tracks for future sessions. Geo-data is used solely for general radio station audience statistics. We do not sell or transfer this data to advertising agencies or third parties.
4. Third-Party Services To ensure the application functions properly, we use third-party technologies: the audio stream is broadcasted through the MyRadio24 infrastructure, and music track covers are fetched via the open APIs of Apple Music and Deezer. These services may process your IP address in accordance with their own privacy policies.
5. Data Storage and Deletion Since all collected data is completely anonymized and tied locally to your device, to permanently delete it, you simply need to remove the application shortcut from your device's home screen and clear the site data in your browser settings. Once done, any connection to your anonymous ID will be lost forever.
