HatStandy (Andy Turner) is a breakbeat and electro artist, producer, and vocalist from Bournemouth, UK. Starting out in the late ’90s performing live with hardware, he later honed his production skills at Point Blank College in London. Since 2017, he’s released his distinctive fusion of breaks and prog trance through his label Ghost Fat Productions, alongside releases on major breaks labels.

His tracks have gained support from BBC Introducing, Lady Waks, DJ Jan B, Kultur Dot Exe (Kultura Breakz), Mr No Hands, and Prato, with plays at Raveart Festival, Boomtown, and across global radio. Known for blending powerful breaks with his own vocals and offbeat lyrical ideas, HatStandy stands out for originality and fearless experimentation, always pushing to inspire through bold, boundary-breaking sound.
